Community guide
Everything you need to take part in forums, community chat and meetings.
1. Getting started
- Sign in and complete your profile with a photo and short bio.
- Join a community on the Communities page — you then enter its chat room automatically.
- Open Chat from your dashboard or the Communities page.
2. What you can share
- Text messages and emoji 😀
- Voice notes — tap the microphone, speak, then tap stop to send.
- Photos, videos and audio files up to 25 MB — tap the paperclip.
- Gift stickers — tap the gift icon to send a rose, heart, trophy and more. Stickers are for fun; no tokens or money move.
- Private chats — search a member's name at the top of the chat list.
3. Video meetings
- Every chat room has a 'Join video meeting' button that opens a free video call for that room.
- Share the room with members first so they can join the same call.
- Meetings are not recorded by UNCLESAM FOUNDATION.
4. Approvals
- To keep everyone safe, new discussions, replies, communities and chat messages are checked by a moderator before others see them.
- You will see 'Awaiting approval' on your own post until it is checked.
- If a post is not approved, the moderator may leave you a note explaining why.
5. Community rules
- Be respectful. No insults, hate speech, threats or harassment.
- Never share ID numbers, bank details, passwords or photos of children without consent.
- No scams, spam, adverts or requests for money outside the platform.
- Tell the truth — don't spread false information.
6. Reporting a problem
- Tap the flag icon on any message to report it to moderators.
- For fraud, abuse or safeguarding concerns use Report a problem — reports are handled privately.
