   • Use a clear photo, a specific headline (e.g. 'Canva designer for NGOs') and 3 portfolio samples.

3. Lesson 3 · 25 min

   Step 3: Write winning proposals

   • Open with the client's problem, show one relevant sample, give a clear price and timeline.
   • Keep it under 150 words.

4. Lesson 4 · 20 min

   Step 4: Price and deliver

   • Start with fixed prices, over-communicate, deliver early and ask for a review.

5. Lesson 5 · 20 min

   Step 5: Get paid and grow

   • Use Payoneer or Grey for dollar payments.
   • Turn repeat clients into monthly retainers.
