Human decisions

Eligibility for humanitarian help, medical support or essential services is always decided by trained people. Automated tools may assist staff but never make the final decision.

Privacy

• Recipient lists are visible only to authorised staff
• We use codes instead of names wherever possible
• No identifiable photos without informed consent

Speaking up

Beneficiaries can raise concerns confidentially, without giving their name, through Report a Problem.
