Declaring
Leaders, staff and volunteers must declare any family, business or financial interest connected to a decision, supplier, seller or beneficiary.
Managing
Anyone with a conflict steps out of the decision. Declarations and how they were handled are recorded.
Family members
Where family members serve together, financial approvals always involve at least one person outside the family relationship where possible.
