Refund and Cancellation Policy
When orders can be cancelled and how refunds work for marketplace purchases and donations.

Cancelling an order
Buyers and sellers can cancel an order in the app until it is marked dispatched. Stock returns to the listing automatically.
After dispatch
Request a return or exchange from the order page. Unused items in original condition can usually be returned within 7 days of delivery unless the listing states otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by the seller using the original payment method, normally within 7 working days, and recorded on the order.
Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you gave in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request.
