Marketplace Seller Agreement
The obligations every seller accepts before listing goods or services on the UNCLESAM FOUNDATION marketplace.

Eligibility
Sellers must hold a verified account. Businesses selling regularly should complete business (KYB) verification.
Listings
- Describe goods and services honestly, with your own photos
- Only sell items you own or are authorised to sell
- Keep stock levels and delivery areas accurate
- No prohibited items: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, live wild animals or unsafe medicines
Orders and delivery
- Dispatch within the time stated on your listing
- Record courier, tracking number and proof of delivery
- Respond to returns, exchanges and complaints within 3 working days
Payments
Until Foundation-managed payments are switched on, buyers pay sellers directly. Confirm payment in the app only after funds actually reach you.
Violations
Listings may be removed and sellers suspended for fraud, repeated complaints or prohibited items. Sellers can appeal any decision.
