Fees

Delivery fees are shown before you place an order. Home delivery adds the seller's own shipping fee to the option fee. Customs duties and import taxes abroad are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

Sellers record the courier and tracking number when they dispatch. Every update appears in the order's tracking history.

Proof of delivery

Sellers record proof of delivery, and buyers confirm receipt in the app. Report lost or damaged shipments from the order page.
