Acceptable use

• No fraud, impersonation, harassment or hate speech
• No illegal, counterfeit or dangerous goods
• No attempts to break, overload or bypass platform security

UHF tokens

UHF tokens are community utility and reward points. They have no guaranteed cash value and are not an investment product.

Donations and payments

Donations recorded on the platform are pledges until the Foundation confirms receipt. Marketplace payments are arranged directly between buyer and seller.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after review by an authorised staff member, except in emergencies where immediate action protects people or funds.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
